We had an excellant stay at this apartment 22nd April - 29th April 2009 it has everything you need for a lovely holiday.
It is really close to Nissi Beach and a short walk [approx 20 mins] to Ayia Napa for bars and restaurants. Nissi 3 is a beautiful complex and is kept well maintained - the pool and communal areas are really clean and we would definately recommend this to anyone looking for an exceptional apartment which is value for money!
