We are delighted to offer this stylish, newly refurbished, 2 bedroom detached villa in Ayia Napa.

The villa has a private pool and is located just 200m from the beautiful Nissi Beach.

The villa has been furnished to a high standard and comes complete with air conditioning, UK/international TV including on demand box sets/movies & a BBQ.

The villa sleeps 5 and has 1x king size bed, 2x twin beds & a sofa bed in the living area all with air-conditioning.

The Villa is stunning, a great location, great value for money. Nice and peaceful but a stones throw from the busier areas. Plenty of amenities near by and the beach is so close and easy to access. We would definitely recommend and hopefully return.

"This was the fourth time that I had been to Ayia Napa yet the first time I stayed near Nissi Beach. The location was perfect...it was very quiet and private. A 5 minute walk will take you the local mini markets and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi (5 CYP) journey will take you to Ayia Napas pubs and clubs. The villa was modern, spacious and decor was fresh. Excellent value for money; great chose for groups of girls/boys and familes. "

Stay: 27.10 - 06.11. A family with two children. Rest is excellent. The location is excellent, the houses are inside the residential complex, the noise from the road is almost not audible. To the beach on a direct walk 10 minutes (with children 4 and 11 years old). Shaun's reaction to all requests was instant, blankets for children were needed at night (November), were delivered 1 hour after contacting him by phone. Bed linen is clean, change was after 5 nights (10 nights stay). There is a washing machine, you can use it if necessary. All the equipment in the house is functioning properly. Pool with circulation, cleaned the company's employees (in our absence). The house is recommended for recreation.

Had a lovely stay in Villa 16, Golden Sands. Property was clean and welcoming. Pool was a great way to cool down in during the afternoon and cleaned twice during our one week stay. Location was ideal for us a family with plenty restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again!!
