This was our second stay at this beautiful villa. We were a party of six - me, my husband, daughter, son-in-law and two teenage granddaughters. The space was just perfect for us. The villa is spotlessly clean and probably the best equipped property we have ever stayed in - and we've stayed in many over the years. Communication with the management company was instant. The location is the best - far enough away from the strip to be peaceful and close enough to walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants in the evening. The garden and pool area is just amazing; the inside space is just amazing. They really have thought of everything to make your stay the best it can be. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and we will definitely be staying again in the future. If you like pool, snooker, darts, I can also highly recommend The Players bar which is a short walk from Nick's Bottles (booze emporium). There are many great bars and restaurants on the strip and so many beautiful beaches.

Lovely modern clean villa. The villa was well equipped really like home from home, very easy collection of key, owners respond to messages effectively. We hired a car from airport but can easily walk into the resort centre of Protaras. Worked well for us as a family with teenagers.

The villa was amazing just as expected. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfy, best nights sleep we have had in any villa. The large screen smart tv allowed you to log in and stream from netflix, prime etc and also the cable tv was able to stream all english tv channels as well as sky tv channels included for free. The pool and outside area was well maintained and the highlight of the property. We had a late departure flight and the owner allowed us a late check out which we were so grateful for, thank you. We'd love to return in the near future, if you'll have us. Thanks again.

We had an incredible stay at this villa with three adults and three kids. The property exceeded our expectations and was even better than previous villas we've rented in the area. It was spotlessly clean, with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely pool area with a comfortable sofa nearby. Excellent host. The villa exceeded our expectations and had everything anyone could ask, for a relaxed holiday. If I would suggest one thing is to get more darker blinds in the bedrooms.
